Job Summary

AutoLogic Systems provides specialist software, consulting and support services to blue chip companies mainly within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sectors.

A vacancy exists for you to train as a simulation analyst where you would work with a small team creating 3D simulation models and dynamic digital twins to customer requirements. You may also be involved in connecting models to control systems for virtual commissioning applications and assisting customers with using the software. You would have the opportunity to develop over time as a consultant with independent project responsibility.

Responsibilities and Duties

Full training will be provided in this exciting area. You will be using the latest modelling software technology and assisting with projects which involve:-

- understanding customer requirements

- creating 3D true scale layouts of systems

- adding logic statements and data

- experimenting with model parameters

- analysing model output

- using virtual reality, augmented reality and video capture to present results

- connecting models to other systems and applications

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a graduate with strong maths and IT skills. An aptitude for using programming languages is essential as the work will involve using languages such as C# and J-script. Experience with MS Excel would be an advantage.
